Name: Enter your listing name here (Keep it simple-use the title of your artwork!)
Date: Enter the approximate date of work when it was completed.
Dimensions: Enter the size of the piece of work for sale W x H x D.
Image Upload: Please upload your listing's photo. The image you upload can be no larger than 1600x1600 pixels at 72dpi and not smaller than 500x500 pixels at 72dpi. The image will then be automatically scaled and cropped to a smaller size of 150x150 pixels, as well as another size of 500x500 pixels. (max. file size is 2MB, use jpg, gif or png file formats).
You may add additional images by clicking "Add another item".
* Is your uploaded image distorted or overly cropped?
To help keep the site looking uniform when multiple images are displayed side by side; the images are scaled and cropped to a square of 500 x 500 pixels. But as we understand, this may not be the optimum way for viewing. In some cases, the resulting image may be cropped too much or become distorted as most images of various pieces of artwork are usually rectangular and not square. If the outcome of these results are viewed as unsatisfactory; please follow these steps...
*Note: You'll need some type of photo editor that allows for the creation of new images and manipulation of it's resolution. Either method works just as well.
1. Scaling: Change "Image Size" of image. Change it's largest dimension to 500 pixels while constraining proportions for the other dimension.
2. Create new image with the dimensions of 500x500 pixels @ 72dpi.
3. Copy and paste scaled image into the newly created image.
4. Flatten.
5. Save.
Or as another method...
1. Scaling: Change "Image Size" of image. Change it's largest dimension to 500 pixels while constraining proportions for the other dimension.
2. Change "Canvas size" of image to 500 x 500 pixels.
3. Save.
You should now have a copy of your original image and it's proportions nestled in a 500x500 pixel new image/canvas.

Auto Renewal: With the Auto Renewal checkbox set to automatic, every 30 days (the publishing period) the "Publish in Gallery" checkbox will be automatically re-selected. If you deselect this, then the listing will be automatically de-selected at the end of the publishing period, and in order to include it in your gallery you will have to set the "Publish in Gallery" checkbox yourself manually.
These boxes are checked automatically as default setting.
At anytime in the process of adding artwork listings, you may return to your dashboard by clicking on your log in name in the upper right of the page next to the word 'dashboard.'
